BILLING BASIS

Choose by Billing Model

For regular use, start by estimating your monthly data needs. If you connect less often, consider a data pack. This page lists the available monthly plans and data packs; no other billing periods or discounts are offered here.

Monthly plan: data resets on the activation date each month

For regular, ongoing use. Devices online at the same time share the plan’s data allowance; there is no device limit, but data is not unlimited. Video, file transfers and syncing use different amounts of data. Track your usage before deciding whether to change plans.

A fit for browsing, messaging and looking things up, or for anyone just starting to track data use. Use international routes on supported platforms, but adding devices does not increase your allowance. If you regularly stream video or sync large files, keep an eye on your remaining data in the user panel. The entry-level plan is not intended for unlimited use.

For users who do more than everyday browsing, such as using AI tools, streaming video or switching between devices. It offers more data than the entry-level plan, but actual usage time depends on video quality, file sizes and how often you connect. Plans differ in price and data allowance; that does not guarantee access to a particular app or faster speeds on a specific route.

DEVICES
Unlimited devices

For users who know they need more data for streaming, file transfers or several devices used at once. A larger allowance means less frequent balance checking, but it still has a limit and resets monthly on the activation date. Choose based on your actual usage, not as a speed guarantee. Your connection experience should be checked on your own network.

For monthly plans, check the activation date, reset date and remaining data—in that order. Resets are not based on the first day of the calendar month.

COMMON BASELINE

Included with Every Plan

Unlimited devices

Use multiple devices online at the same time. They share the plan’s data allowance, so check the configuration and connection status on each device. Adding devices does not increase your allowance; background syncing and video streaming also count toward data use.

90+ countries / 210+ routes

Check route coverage against the node list for this service. Choose an exit region based on the app you need, then compare your actual connection. Coverage figures do not mean every region offers the same route types or that every node suits every task.

Bank-grade encryption

Safe use also depends on your account and devices. Keep your password and subscription details secure, and import the configuration as directed by your client. Encrypted connections do not replace the target website’s account security settings or operating system updates.

Supported platforms and how to get started

Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Get the client from the user panel; sign in to retrieve your subscription. Check access to AI tools and streaming services individually. Account region, content licensing and each app’s own rules can affect availability.

For configuration or order help, submit a support ticket in the user panel. Include your platform, where the issue occurs and any message shown; that’s more useful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.” Never post your subscription details publicly. For an overview of route principles and protocol choices, see Routes and Protocols; for setup, see Quick Start.

RULE COMPARISON

Compare Plan Rules

The table below compares billing rules, not speed-test rankings. Prices are listed above; plans with different validity periods are not converted into a single time-based rate.

Identify the source of the issue first

Low data, an unstable connection and an app that won’t open are different issues. For low data, check your plan balance and reset date. For an unstable connection, compare your local network and available routes. If an app won’t open, also check your account, exit region and any message from the app. Increasing your data allowance only addresses whether you have enough data; it does not automatically change other conditions.

Before upgrading mid-cycle, check your current plan’s validity and the order details shown in the user panel. For monthly plans, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days; do not assume it grants another fixed-length period. This page makes no additional promises about switching or combining data packs and monthly plans, or handling existing orders. For account-specific questions, check the panel and confirm through a support ticket.

PAYMENT RECORD

Payment and Order Details

AlipayWeChatUSDT

Select a plan to start your order

Select a plan card to open the user panel. Create an account with a username and password—no email address required—or sign in to an existing account. Before paying, make sure the plan name, data allowance, billing model and total are correct. This page lists prices and rules; check your account benefits and order history in the user panel.

At checkout, choose Alipay, WeChat or USDT and follow the instructions shown. For USDT payments in particular, verify the specified network, amount and payment details one by one. Do not copy payment details from forwarded chats or old screenshots. Always use the current order page; this page does not provide payment addresses or static payment links.

Check your order status, then get your subscription

After paying, return to the user panel and check that the order status and plan are displayed. Then open the client download page, sign in to get your subscription and import it as directed for your platform. Payment and a successful client connection are separate steps: first verify the order, then check the configuration, exit region and app access.

If you have paid but the page has not updated, check the original order first. Do not submit payment again for the same request. Keep your payment and order records, then describe the status mismatch in a support ticket. Share only information needed to resolve the issue; never send your account password or full subscription details as proof of payment.

REFUND BASELINE

Refund Policy and How to Request One

14-day refund policy

Test it on your own network before deciding whether the service is right for you.

See the full eligibility rules in the Terms of Service. This page explains how to choose a plan and submit a request; it makes no additional promises about processing times or other offers.

During testing, check your usual devices, apps and times of day. A “connected” status in the client is only a starting point; also confirm that the exit region and app access meet your needs. Don’t judge performance by a node name alone or treat a test on a temporary network as representative of every situation.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket and clearly identify the order. You do not need to write a fault report to request a refund without giving a reason. If you also need help with configuration, describe that separately so the two requests are clear.

Keep your order and support ticket records, and check for replies in the same ticket. If more information is needed, provide only what is relevant to verifying the order. Never post your password or subscription details publicly. You can also use a ticket for order questions or setup help; no response or refund processing time is promised here.

BILLING QUESTIONS

Billing and Refunds: FAQ

How much do the plans cost?

The lowest-priced plan is ¥9.9/month for 60GB. Other monthly plans are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire. Monthly plan data resets on the activation date each month. Compare the price and billing terms before choosing.

How many devices can I use?

There is no device limit. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Devices online at the same time share the data allowance of the selected plan; each device does not receive a separate allowance. Sign in to the user panel to get the client and subscription.

What is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 14 days, no reason required. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket, identifying the order to be reviewed. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility rules. Keep your order and ticket records, and follow up in the same ticket. Never post your password or subscription details on a public page.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported. Choose a plan in the user panel, check the order total, then select a payment method and follow the checkout instructions. After paying, return to the panel to check your order and plan status. If the status has not updated, check the original order first, then contact support through a ticket.

When does monthly data reset, and how is an upgrade calculated?

Monthly data resets on the activation date each month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Check the reset date shown in the user panel; it is not calculated from the first day of the calendar month. Before upgrading, review your current plan, remaining validity and order details to make sure the change suits your upcoming needs.

Do data packs expire? Do I need an email address to create an account?

Data packs remain valid until used and never expire. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe. “Never expires” refers to the billing validity of the data pack, not a guarantee that app access conditions or the status of any specific route will remain unchanged.
